Paige and her team were amazing to work with. We were incredibly comfortable during the process from the initial discussions around our vision, what we ultimately wanted as a final product and throughout the shoot itself.
We did the belly to baby package, which was two sessions, and by working with the same photographer we had a lot of cohesion in the look and feel of our final selections. The team worked so well with each of us, and once our baby was born, so incredible getting her comfortable and in position for some wonderful photos. We recommend maternity photos take place somewhere between 30-36 weeks gestation. That being said we can take maternity photos earlier in the process if you'd like to create a pregnancy announcement, or later in the process if you'd like to document your belly as big as possible!
When should I schedule my maternity photos?
What happens if my baby is born before my photoshoot?
Yes! If you would like to bundle a maternity session with our Luxury Newborn Experience session you'll save $200 off your maternity base package! You can book them together here.
Do you have a belly to baby bundle?
We are happy to do a shorter session for you! Our base package includes up to 2 hours of shooting time but if you're looking for something simple we can absolutely do this in a compact time frame. We find that our base package with 5 images included is perfect for clients who want more of a mini session type approach.
Yes! We encourage older siblings, mom & dad and even grandparents to take part in our sessions and do not charge extra for additional people. Please just let us know in advance who to expect so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer mini maternity sessions?
Can the whole family be included?
We of course want to avoid this if possible but sometimes it does happen. We are happy to apply your deposit toward a newborn or family session anytime within that first year.
How long does the session last?
Our maternity sessions typically lasts about an hour but may be closer to 2 if you choose a specialty setup like a milk bath or outfit changes.
Your Questions, Answered
We will schedule a time to view your images within 1-2 weeks of your session. You'll have a choice of an in-person viewing session or our online ordering experience.
How long does it take to see my images?
Wait, Viewing Session? What’s that?
Your images are finalized 10-14 days after your ordering appointment and sent via web gallery for your approval. Once product orders have been placed, we generally have albums and collection boxes ready for you in about 3-4 weeks. Please allow 8-10 weeks for custom framing and wall art. Everything is shipped directly to your doorstep.
Once my order is placed how long does it take to arrive?
All images that you purchase get basic color correction and cleanup for stray hairs, acne, etc. If you would like us to do anything else, say the word! Extensive retouching is available for an additional fee.
Yes, all of our collections are available with or without the physical products. While we highly encourage creating a keepsake art piece for your child, it is ultimately your decision.
How much editing do you do to the images?
Can I just buy digital files?
A viewing session or ordering appointment is when you look at your images together for the first time and place your artwork order. It takes place in person at the Glean studio or via online gallery. At this session you’ll see the products we offer, choose your favorite images, request any changes you might have (goodbye pregnancy acne and fly away hairs!) and we’ll place the order, editing your images to perfection and printing your chosen artwork with our professional labs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We are happy to offer payment plans with Affirm as well as Afterpay so you can receive your images while your baby is still little- but break up the payments over time.
