OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Glean & Co Newborn Session Giveaway 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR
This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Glean & Co Photography, located in Boise, Idaho ("Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrant or entrant's partner must be expecting a baby due on or after November 1, 2026. The baby's newborn session must be completed by June 30, 2027. Sessions are conducted at the Glean & Co studio in Boise, Idaho; entrant must be local to the Boise, ID area or willing and able to travel. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Contest begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM MT and runs on a continuous rolling basis until December 31, 2026 or Sponsor elects to close the Contest ("Entry Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to close, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time by posting notice at  https://gleanandco.com/newborngiveaway. Notice of closure will be posted no fewer than 7 days prior to the Contest closing, except in cases of fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's control. Entries submitted after notice of closure has been posted will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the official entry form at https://gleanandco.com/newborngiveaway during the Entry Period. One (1) entry per person. Entries submitted by automated means or on behalf of another person will be disqualified.

Referral Bonus: Entrants are encouraged to refer other eligible individuals to enter the Contest. If an entrant refers someone who submits their own eligible entry form, and that referred person is selected as a winner, the referring entrant will also receive the same prize tier as the person they referred. Referrals must be documented at time of entry on the entry form — retroactive referral claims will not be accepted. There is no limit to the number of people an entrant may refer; each successful referred winner results in one additional prize awarded to the referring entrant. Referrals do not constitute additional entries into the random drawing and do not increase the referring entrant's own odds of being selected as a winner.

Entrants may not complete or submit an entry form on behalf of another person for any reason, including for the purpose of generating a referral. Each entry must be submitted directly by the individual entering the Contest using their own information. Entries submitted by or on behalf of another person, or entries containing false or unverifiable contact information, will be disqualified and any associated referral bonus will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant or referral and to disqualify entries it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, duplicated, or submitted in violation of these rules.

5. WINNER SELECTION
Winners are selected on a rolling basis at Sponsor's sole discretion as entries are received and session availability permits. At least three (3) winners will be selected over the course of the Contest — one (1) Grand Prize Winner and at least two (2) Runner-Up Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to award additional prizes at its discretion, including prizes awarded through the referral program. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of each selection. There is no guaranteed timeline for selection, and not all entrants will be notified if they are not selected.

6. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1 winner) — Approximate Retail Value: $1,200

Luxury Newborn Experience session (1.5 hours individual newborn photography + 1 hour family portraits), regularly priced at $700
Professional hair and makeup for mom on session day
Catered lunch for two (2)
Same Day Viewing appointment
$500 product credit toward artwork and print products

Runner-Up Prize (minimum 2 winners) — Approximate Retail Value: $700 each

90-Minute Newborn Experience session (lifestyle studio family and individual newborn portraits), regularly priced at $400
Viewing appointment
$300 product credit toward artwork and print products
Option to upgrade to Luxury Session experience for an additional fee (entirely optional; not required to claim prize)

Important — What Is and Is Not Included:
Prizes cover studio time, use of all studio amenities, the services of Glean & Co photographers and assistants, and the product credit specified above. Prizes do not include digital image files. All prints, products, wall art, albums, and digital files are available for separate purchase at the winner's viewing appointment. Product credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers or discounts. Credits apply only to products ordered at the winner's viewing appointment and expire at the conclusion of that appointment.

Winners are under no obligation to purchase any additional products, services, or upgrades beyond what is included in their prize. The prize as described above is complete and has full value independent of any additional purchase. Any products, digital files, or upgrades purchased at or following the viewing appointment are entirely at the winner's discretion and are separate transactions between the winner and Sponsor.

7. PRIZE CLAIM & SCHEDULING DEPOSIT
Winners will be contacted via the email provided on their entry form within 72 hours of selection. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

To secure a session date, winners are required to submit a fully refundable scheduling deposit of $100. This deposit is not payment for any goods or services. The deposit is returned in full only upon the winner's completion of both their session and their viewing appointment. Winners may elect to apply the deposit toward a product purchase at their viewing appointment at their own discretion.

The deposit will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

The winner cancels their scheduled session for any reason after a session date has been confirmed, regardless of notice given
The winner fails to attend their scheduled session without prior communication to Sponsor
The winner attends their session but fails to attend their scheduled viewing appointment

Sponsor will permit one (1) reschedule request per winner, provided the request is made no fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled session and the rescheduled session can be accommodated within the prize redemption window ending June 30, 2027. A reschedule does not reset or waive the cancellation terms above.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor outside Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or acting in violation of these rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to this Contest are final and binding.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries.

10. COMMUNICATIONS & SMS CONSENT
By submitting the entry form, entrants acknowledge the following consent terms as selected on the entry form:
Session & Inquiry Communications: By checking the applicable box on the entry form, entrant consents to Glean & Co Photography contacting them via email and SMS regarding their inquiry and photoshoot details, including appointment reminders, confirmations, and session information.
Promotional Communications: By checking the applicable box on the entry form, entrant consents to receive promotional SMS messages from Glean & Co Photography, including information about available sessions, special offers, and updates. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not required to enter or win this Contest.

11. PRIVACY
Information collected through the entry form will be used for Contest administration, winner notification, and communications as consented to above. Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties.

12. WINNERS LIST
To protect the privacy of our clients and their families, Sponsor does not publish or release a list of winners’ names or personal information. Winners will be notified directly as described in Section 7. Entrants may request confirmation of the number of prizes awarded by emailing hello@gleanandco.com with “Newborn Giveaway Winner Request” in the subject line.

13. GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

These rules are subject to change only prior to the start of the Entry Period. Official Rules will not be altered after November 1, 2026
